Hi my name is Rand Sterrett, I grew up in Redding, CA which is where I had my first demo flight. I’ve been intrigued about airplanes ever since. I moved to Southern CA to pursue my career in aviation, and eventually got all my Certificates there.
I am now a full time flight instructorout of the Long Beach Airport in Southern CA, and loving every moment of it. I am very devoted to my career in aviation. I know that everybody learns differently and at different paces and it is my job to present the information the way that best suits your individual style of learning. My students success is my own success. I specialize in fitting the students needs and goals for aviation in a timely manner. I am committed to providing safe, efficient, and affordable training in a calm stress free environment.

If I am not flying you can find me mountain biking, skiing, fishing or riding my ATV. Sometimes i will be trying to surf, but its not going so well haha.
